B & H bad business practice

Perhaps the OP has some hidden agenda in bashing the B&H, but I simply don't believe the story. I have been buying from B&H for many years yet spent thousands $$$ with these guys - never ever had a singe problem that could not be resolved quickly. B&H adjusted prices for me several times, even had given a full refund for an opened battery pack. Their customer service has proven to be really good.
