Creating a "Capsule" consists of creating a Partition on your hard-drive---Many possibilities, depending on your configuration, of why it might cause the computer to crash!
I have the "paid for" 10-Home version, and a backup of my C: Partition consists of a folder with the title I've given the back-up (Example: Routine-08-21-2012)
If I open that folder there are typically 4 to 5 numbered folders ( 001, 002, 003,etc.), & in addition a PBF folder, & a Type 1 Font file.
You need only select the root/titled folder in the Restore Wizard, so I don't understand the concern over the sub-folders, as long as the Restore is successful?
