Seems to be a standard response when cirticising the wealthy. "You're just envious."

Odd that no one ever says that about the Mexican Drug cartels. "The only reason you don't like the Zeta's is 'cause their rich."

Surely there are other critieria?

Ironically the problem with your posts is that you appear to apply the reasonings:
Rich person = Bad person
Very rich person = Evil person
Banker = Devil incarnate

You're not the only one to notice that about him.

You never show any sign of balancing your thoughts when it comes to money. You clearly seem to think that the people who allocate their wealth to a place with a light taxation regime are evil and compareable to the Zeta's drug cartel. But who are we talking about? Do you even know that? Do you know anything about the basis of these figures? Its broader context?

Did you know that the Netherlands is a "tax haven". I know the US no longer lists my country as such after being pressured to do so by our government, but that's just our government protecting their own interests. So the money might not be working in the US, but it's working over here. It's the same free market competition that the US promotes with such vigour, and to which the US owes its large economy in the first place.
