For each pose, I suggest placing a white or silver reflector on the opposite side of the face. This will fill the shadows just a bit.

Nice backlight on #3. If you had positioned the light a higher up and aimed downward, it would have provided more separation between the top of the head and the background. Positioning is critical (or use a snoot) to minimize lens flare.

There are tons of online tutorials dealing with off-camera flash. Read, research, and keep practicing. Thanks for posting!
