Do you have a G1X???

If so please provide the example (image). I have tried this with my G1X built in ND filter am believe me in bright sun light 1 sec will be over exposed. Furthermore You wont get close to the ghost images, that was a 60 sec exposure.

You will find it very difficult to have a 1 second exposure in bright day light with only the G1X built-in filter with out overexposing your image (perhaps impossible!). On the other hand with a 10 stop filter you can have a 60 seconds exposure with out over exposing your images.

Actually NOT. ND4 as 4 stop filter will bring you 10-4=6-stops shorter exposure then your promoted 10-stops glass. 6 stops means 64 times shorter/longer exposure, i.e. when you have 60secs with your 110 it would be nearly 1 sec with built-in ND4. Enough for everything but "people-ghosts" like in your 2nd shot.
