nikon 200mm f4 micro

if you had the money (~$1000), would you rather get a used 200mm f4 af-d micro in very good condition, or a new 105 2.8 af-s vr micro? i know the 200 is supposed to be one of the best macro lenses around, but im afraid the size and weight would keep me from taking it with me.
