Having recently bought an Olympus OM-D E-M5 I agree that with a good adapter it gives excellent results with Leica lenses. The crop factor of course doubles the effective focal length. I have had some nice images using my Summicron 35mm and Summilux 50 but I have not used any really wide lenses.

There have been reports of problems with the wider lenses and for them the Ricoh GXR with the A12 M mount camera unit is probably a better bet as the Ricoh is as far as I know the only camera other than Leica M8 & M9 with the correct orientation of microlenses on the sensor to suit rangefinder lenses. It also has the advantage that the crop factor is only !.5.
