I was a tad disappointed in the 14-140mm....Coming from Canon, I expected it to be better for the price. It's not as smooth as I would like, so it isn't really smooth enough for slow video Zoom. AF is comparable to the old 14-45.
I ended up getting the PZ 14-42 which has a jerk problem at the beginning of zoom and no slow zoom which is another problem.
So, the best bang for the buck is the old 14-45 IMHO.
The 14-140 is much much heavier but gives that extra reach if needed but its honestly not worth the extra IMHO.
I had the 45-200 before which is a smooth lens with great AF, but swapping lens all the time was a bit weary...if you don't need to swap that often the 14-45 and 45-200 are a good combo...
