OnOne Photo Suite forums?

I just started using OnOne's Photo Suite 6.1 and have a question about how to do something that I can't find in the help file. They don't seem to have a user forum on their website, and a Google search doesn't lead to any forums dedicated to the product. Google led me here, although this forum isn't specific to Photo Suite.

Does anyone here know of an active forum somewhere for the product? Or is it best to post how-to questions here?
