Raw plus Jpeg setting

Hello with the firmware update to edit the image in the camera you have to choose raw not mraw or sraw I believe. Question is this I shoot both raw and Jpeg. I use to shoot sraw but now that I have to shoot just raw which Jpeg should I choose. I take a lot of pics and get them developed for photo albums so most of the time I do not do post processing and just use the jpeg. Can someone explain which would be the best jpeg setting and why they choose the one they do. Thanks
