What happens if i run my hand over the print and bend/deform a few of those pillars?

The idea is good, but commercial implementation will require some kind of lacquer to protect the pillars and disks. and we are back to square 1, trying to find a lacquer that does not yellow and fluid enough to wet the paper between the pillars.
