Yes I like to keep things simple and minimalistic. I spent half a year on designing the site myself, although it looks like made in 2 days. Well the guy I hired to build it did it in 2 days...

Minimalism takes a lot of time, because everything you see needs to be just perfect. I'm trying this with my photography as well now.

People have really short attention spans these days, so I think it works.

Thanks for the GGS article on your blog btw, that reminded me to order one of those! (the original one, that is)
