Beatiful "tourist snaps", Trevor, humbleness aside you've used keystone distortion at 28mm eq to your advantage. I particularly loved this interesting composition/color interplay,

Nevertheless, if your point is supporting the claim that "the X10 CMOS EXR sensor is not as good as the Super CCD in the S100fs," I fail to see in what way those scenes could be demanding on a sensor, be it 1 or 4-yr old.

Well, actually this last one (DSCF1092rawM), being backlit in early evening, is arguably an exposure/DR challenge.

But then with the pre-EXR sensor you've got yourself a mild case of, you know the tourist snapshooters' staple song, "Two Fifty Five Sky Blues..."
