What is Fine Art Photography?

I am about to start hosting a series of guest photographers on my well-attended blog, many of whom will be drawn from the DPR community.

Before the first one is featured, I have written a piece, published today, entitled What Is Fine Art Photography?

I hope that it will form the nucleus of an ongoing discussion amongst those who practice, or want to practice in this field.

But some of the conclusions I draw will not be universally popular. A clue: the first paragraph is titled 'How to Lose Friends".
