New EXMOR RS sensor?

SAR recently posted a rumor about new EXMOR RS sensor. It is not clear if Nex 5R or Nex 6 will have this type of sensor and it is not clear what S stands for (stacked sensor?). But, apart from S, I am interested in that R as well, as it stands for the back illuminated sensor. If I am not wrong, all Nex sensors are front illuminated and if the new Nex will have this RS or even a R sensor then it will outperform in low light high ISO performance. And I will surely sell my nex 7 if Nex 5R/6 will have 16 MP EXMOR RS sensor + tri/di navi controls / touch screen + pdaf sensors at less price than 7. Am I dreaming too much?
