I'm slightly more comfortable shooting with ISO6400 on the RX100 than ISO1600 on the E-P2.
Thank you for these test photos, they are very illustrative!
I have one more request - would it be possible to have photos of the E-P2 at ISO 1,600 and 800? When I did a quick test using my E-PL2 (same sensor as your E-P2), I am noticing a 3-stop advantage, so for example, ISO 6,400 on the RX100 looks as pleasing to me as ISO 800. This seems like such a huge advantage that I am hoping it can be verified in another test environment.
I am not surprised at all by the 2 stop advantage you are noticing (6,400 = 1,600).
No probs, I'll give it a go when I get home
