Not only does popphoto base their measurements on RAW files, but they apply the default amount of noise reduction to the RAW files as set by the manufacturers RAW processor. They are not measuring sensor performance.

That seems very misleading to me. I looked at the "Comarometer" at IR, and the ISO 80 RX100 shot is leagues ahead of the S100 shot ISO 400. Even when not accounting for the different pixel densities.
