Olympus set to make the worst lens ever

If 15mm f8 was the specification I was asked to build, I would want to see the best possible features:

1. The size of a body cap using the space between the sensor and the lens to best effect.

2. Use the single aperture to optimise the sharpness of the lens, should be better than any prime at F8.
3. Should achieve excellent light transmission and color

4. Built in electronic lens cap so can replace your existing body cap with this lens and for taking very quick photos from out of your pocket.
5. Priced at $99.

If it really were this good, then I would buy it.
