Thank you so much for this. I read the thread and did some investigation and managed to get my 3:2 shots back into 4:3 using Exiftool. The linked thread talks about doing this for the E-5 but I have found the following works for the E-M5:

exiftool -AspectRatio="4:3" -AspectFrame="0 0 4607 3455" {filename}.ORF
