Having a hard time to pick.. M4/3, APS-C, etc..

Hi, im Pablo, i've always been around forums, but this is my first time ever making a post :D... sorry for the mistakes i might get..

I'm looking for a nice camera but i don't like IQ in P&S cameras. I want something to shoot mostly landscapes and daily photos( i.e. my dog playing, wife cooking xD, everyday stuff.).

Im a beginner with all this semi-dsrl kinda manual thing, i don't have much of an idea of how to setup my camera, but i don't want to use it in auto mode, something userfriendly and with onscreen help and stuff like that'd be good.. hehe =P..

I'm planing on getting maybe 1.. or 2 extra lens in the near future, but for now i'd be staying with the kit one, so IQ out of the box it's important, but not a deal breaker.

The thing is i got down to Oly e-pl3, Pana gf5, Pana gx1, Nex C3, and Nex F3.

I've reading and i know more or less the pros and cons of them, but i got some prices with some kits, i'd like to post them and maybe you guys could help me out making my mind.
