Nex 7 battery and Sony raw converter

New convert to the Nex7. Sold off all the Nikon gear. Need spare battery for Nex7 but Sony Ireland want €89 (£70/$110) which is extortionate. The search engine for this group doesn't seem to work so apologies if this has been done to death before but can anyone recommend a good name one available on line ?

Also are there any good Sony raw to DNG converters available ? Elements 10 NPR Lightroom 3.7 don't have anything suitable
