Anyone made the switch from D300 to OMD?

Thom Hogan is suggesting that a D300 replacement is looking unlikely, at least yet. Has anyone else migrated from D300 to OMD? What has the experience been like? What is the sensor like (DR, colour depth etc) compared with the D300? I rarely shoot less than 400 ISO thanks to a preference for fast primes. I am considering the following line-up:

12mm f2.0
25mm f1.4 Panasonic
45mm f1.8
75mm f1.8
150mm f2.0 (Wow! = 300mm f2.0!)

Are there any weaknesses in this lineup? Any alternatives I should consider?

Any constructive advice would be gratefully received. . . it's a big mental leap to make, changing from the familiar. . . over the last 20 years I have progressed through FM2, F90x, D70 and D300
