Drop my G1X

Very dumb and very lucky.

I accidentally drop my G1X from the height of my lap while sitting on a Honda Pilot all the way to the asphalt pavement of the road.

The camera is just fine, no scratches. Only proof of the accident is a very hard to see small dent in the UV filter.

I suppose that the flexibility of the adapter (Delrin) helped for the zero damage on the camera. Also, the camera was turned off with the lens totally retracted. I wouldn't be surprised if being off helped somehow.
