90mm on 4x5 has the same view angle as 16mm on APS-C

Just a little note.... The references I've seen to 90mm for this sort of thing were mostly on 4x5 film, which has a crop factor of about 0.27X relative to full-frame 35mm. That means 90mm has the view angle of 24mm on full frame or 16mm on APS-C. Incidentally, f/64 DoF for the 4x5 would be roughly matched by DoF at f/16 on full frame and f/11 on APS-C (which is just before diffraction gets bad).

So, 16mm @ f/11 is likely to be useful, and I believe Sony's pancake is pretty decent at f/11.

Of course, some of us think wider than others, so your mileage may vary. I really like APS-C options in the 8-20mm range, and 8mm handles very differently from 16mm....
