Spyder3PRO Problem ?

Hi
Just tried to recalibrate my monitor - software does not work ?
Never had any problem before ?
Tried uninstall - re-install
Setup starts then gets to:-

Driver\i386\WdfCoInstaller01001.dll

and stops dead

I have tried 'Google' but not getting very far.

Any help to sort this out would be much appreciated !!!
