Ironic that the lowest end camera (K2000) in this list has been the most durable and reliable.

istDS: Shutter failure at abt 45K

K10D: Circuit board failure within one year after purchase. Unknown shutter count. Replaced with K20D after 3 years

K20D: Defective Sensor within one month after purchase. Sold at 30K shutter count. Replaced with K-7.
K2000: Shutter Count 155K. Still going strong. No repairs needed.
K-x: Shutter count only 4K. No problems so far.

K-r: AF performs poorly from the very beginning. All pics blurry. Focus OK with live view and manual focus.
K-7: Sold at 34K. Replaced with K-5

K-5: Shutter count: 45K. Reflex mirror motor died. Currently at CRIS for repair.
