For instance (outdoor macro):

Dragonfly in flight. Some fast random moving critters stop a second and fast & precise focus is needed (insects moving from flower to flower). More available focus points can help to keep the composition and not to move the camera. Furthermore I can confirm 5DIII focus points are more precise than 60D. I guess 60D & 5DII have similar AF system.
