OMD-5 or E-P3?

Looking to get my first m4/3 and have narrowed it down to these 2 cameras. The e-p3 is about $800 with kit lens and the omd is $1000 body only. I also plan to get the 45mm 1.8 for $400.

I know the omd has weather proof construction, hence the higher cost. But will I notice significantly better pic quality with the omd? Better high iso performance?
I'm leaning towards paying the extra $200 and getting the omd.
