Broken Sandisk Extreme Pro 16GB 95MB/S Card

I completely forgot about this thread and thought I may share what ended up happening. I would say though please only use this as a last resort as it may not work for you...

I tried several times recovering the photos with rescue pro all with no luck, I even tried on different days incase the card had become hot or cold etc, still nothing. I then came to the end of the road both with sandisk not helping nor amazon who I purchased the card from (both said I could have my money back or a replacement, which was not actually what I wanted) i decided to then try formatting the card with rescue pro to see if the card would work again, knowing I would never get the photos back. The program went halfway through the process and cut off, the sd card then mounted on my desktop and I could then transfer all the photos off. I have no idea how this helped but it worked for me. Just hope it was a one off as the card has worked flawlessly ever since.
