Sadly there are no m4/3 lenses that are a match for HG or SHG 4/3 glass.
Most of the m4/3 lenses are "kit" or "standard" quality at best. A few m4/3 primes are very good. And recently there are some better zooms looming. But nothing a match for 4/3 HG and SHG and not likely to be as long as the M4/3 emphasis is on small and light.
The real question is if the difference in quality is worth the difference in mobility. It is for me but I still pine for something equal to my old HG and SHG glass.
Thanks Jim, and that's the same decision I had to wrestle with too. One thing's for sure, this kit will likely get taken more places more often than my 19.5 pound 4/3 camera bag
I still haven't decided whether or not to sell the E-1 yet...I might just use it to keep a toehold in 4/3
