3rd party batteries

I won't again. I bought a third party battery from B&H for my D90 and it was dead on arrival. B&H sent me another one from a different manufacturer. It works, but I can only take about 3/4 as many shots as with the Nikon Battery and the number of shots made does not show up in the menu.
