Grey or uk ?

I've bought from digital rev in the past without problems but their prices are cheap due to false customs declarations. The chances are you'll get away with it and if detected will just pay duty/fees etc which Digital Rev will reimburse.

The only problem is that in UK law the importer (ie you) is legally liable for the false declaration and you could end up with a hefty fine and confiscated goods.

It very rarely happens, probably for lack of manpower and the fact that it's easier to just chase you for the duty, but in theory it could and should lead to prosecution.
