Looking to buy the T3i/600, but T4i/650?

Greetings, I'm looking to upgrade from an XT1/400. I'm going to the States and was going to buy a camera and was wondering which one to buy. I like street photography, as well as travel pics, hiking( mostly outdoors pics), however like to be able to shoot indoors,( but that's a lens thing). I don't shoot sports, have kids so FPS isn't really an issue for me. What I want to know is, is the 650 worth that much more that the 600, are you only paying for a touchscreen? If that's the only difference, than the decision is made. Thanks for any info.
