Canon 5D3 wedding kit

I am currently a Nikon user. I have a D800 and a few lenses. My main gig is wedding photography. The 36mp is killing me in PP as I shoot RAW and I am realizing that is is a little overkill for a wedding. I also need video which leaves me really no other option in Nikon other than the D4 which is overkill for my needs. I'm debating switching to the 5D3. I have a total budget of $7500. I want to hear all of your suggestions. I need a midrange zoom, tele zoom and a low light prime for sure. I also need a beautiful portrait lens (bridals and engagements). The telezoom could cover the portrait end of things too im sure. Lets hear it...
