Superzoom Sony/Tamron Lens Comparison

Hi everyone,

I'm about to buy a new always-on lens for my Sony A65 and can't really decide between these two:

Sony DT 18-250mm F3.5-6.3
Tamron 18-270mm F/3.5-6.3 Di II PZD

From the reviews I've read both seem to do their job very well, but no one has ever compared them directly. Does anyone here have hands on experience with both of them?
