What lens do I need?

I have the Canon SX260. It has a 4.5-90mm (20x zoom).

If I purchased a micro four thirds camera (Olympus E-PM1), what lens will I need to have the same amount of zoom of the Canon SX260? Will the 40-150mm lens be enough or will I need a 75-300mm lens?
