Dust is normal. It's not a fault.

Unless you actually use f22 a lot this is simply not worth considering, IMO.

thanks,everyone i am getting visible dust on f22 at 100% crop but not any on f16,do i need to clean my sensor now or i can wait for a couple of months.

If you shoot a lot at f22 or smaller, I would suggest buying a ND filter. I wouldn't worry about cleaning the sensor until you can actually see something in the shots you actually take.

I didn't wet clean the sensor on my D5000 until about 2 1/2 years. And I am not that careful when changing lenses.
