does it worth 140 euro more?

I've just sold my 450d and have to choose: 600d or 650d? Here 600D is 510 euro while 650D is 650 euro. I am not interested in video. IQ seems to be the same. Touchscreen, new autofocus, faster burst burst, digic 5, higher ISO: do they worth 140 euro extra?
