Have a look at the old Tokina RMC 17mm manual lens - comes in Olympus fit, Pentax, etc. Being a full-frame lens the corners are sharp stopped-down, distortion and fall-off is limited - overall a cracking little lens, with a very nice field-of-view equivalent to 26mm. Even Ken Rockwell likes it. Well-made metal construction too, but not at all heavy. If you have concerns about manual focus, you needn't with this wide-angle - simply set it to just under infinity, and everything from infinity to around 2m will be in focus at f8 - i.e. no need to focus - just frame and shoot.

Been using this lens on a NEX-3 and now NEX-7 for a couple of years, and it can't be beaten for landscape and architecture.

I agree - this is a surprisingly good lens. I use with full frame for interiors and am constantly surprised. Small and inexpensive - worth a shot.
