dust on sensor and not changing lenses???

Why have I dust spots on sensor when I do not change lenses?? At this stage I only own one lens! I had 2 large spots that I tolerated as they could be dealt with pp on good photos and ignore on the rest but now I have about 7. This is weird. Where does the dust get in?
