Insurance Question

For high quality gear, what do you guys recommend in terms of insurance? What factors come in to play for protecting gear that costs around 10k (5d mark 3, a few L glass, and a XA10 video camera)? Any recommendation you can provide is greatly appreciated, I have never done this and I don't want to be haunted by the technical jargon in some fine print somewhere.
