There is no true combination for high iso noise reduction, that's my opinion. Everything depends on other post processing settings and modifications in your pictures, such as sharpening, exposure correction, shadow uplifting, ... etc, and maybe the most important: the resolution of your final output and your taste. According to my experience, web-sized images or small prints, such as 1600x1200 pixel need almost no, or minimal noise reduction by medium sharpening at iso ekv. 3200, if your exposure was correct by the original image.
