You are not the only one... What was the distance to the object? Have you tried different distance to see how it changes the settings?
I tested number of different lenses using FoCal Pro:
50 mm 1.4, brand new 85 1.4, 24-70 2.8 and 70-200 2.8.
Number of test completely failed, here are some quick results:
50mm:
@ 1.4 @ 1.6m (reported distance to subject) = +18
@ 1.4 @ 1.0m = +12
@ 2.0 @ 1.0m = +15
@ 2.0 @ 1.6m = was unable to get results - tried few times.
24-70mm:
@ 2.8 @ 1.6m @ 50mm = -2
@ 2.8 @ 1.6m @ 24mm = +13
@ 2.8 @ 1.6m @ 70mm = unable to get results.
@ 2.8 @ 1m @ 50mm = +2
@ 2.8 @ 1.2m @ 24mm = +20
@ 2.8 @ 1m @ 70mm = unable to get results.
85 1.4:
@ 1.4 @ 1m = Unable to get any results
@ 1.4 @ 1.5m = +19
@ 1.4 @ 2m = unable to get results
70-200 2.8:
@ 2.8 @ 2.7m @ 200mm = +20
@ 2.8 @ 2.3m @ 105mm = +13
@ 2.8 @ 2.1m @ 70mm = +3
@ 4.5 @ 2.7m @ 200mm = unable to get results
Weird thing i noticed is that when i zoomed in/out on the 70-200 even though i didn't move the tripod, the distance to object was reported differently.
