D800 High ISO Lightroom 4 Noise Reduction Settings

Hi everyone,

I shot my first high ISOs D800 images last night (3200 and 6400) and am struggling to find the right balance in lightroom 4's noise reduction settings. Would anyone care to share their settings and/or techniques for reducing noise on High ISO D800 images in Lightroom 4?
