Thanks for that. I should have been more specific with my question as I already understand exposure comp as such.

What I was referring to was the difference between the two different terms on the list. The two terms being exposure comp versus digital exposure comp. I am wondering what the difference between the two terms is.

Maybe it is a Canon terminology thing that I am not familiar with.
