Daypack - Alternatives to Lowepro ComouDay Photo 250?

I have a Mountainsmith Spectrum Daypack and I like it.

Doesn't come with a rain cover though and not as easy to get to the camera gear to get the camera out without putting it down. It can be done though. It's pretty lightweight when empty and pretty comfortable when full.
