I'm frustrated with Zenfolio's lack of support

I've been a Zenfolio premium member and there are several things that make me want to leave.

The biggest is Zenfolio's lack of RAW, something Phanfare has.

I don't understand why Zenfolio knows that RAW files, being able to upload them to the site, is important. They make no attempt to move in that direction, however.
