I can't upload images right now -- very little Internet bandwidth -- but I'm in Italy right now and have found that in moderate or low light situations the camera tends very much to the red when using AWB, or even when doing manual white balance. I have to manually push it towards the green using the options button. This happens more when at 50mm (zoomed in or using my f/1.8) than at 18mm. While typical white American skin tones look fine, Italian skin tones tend to look very very red. I shoot in JPEG.

My best results lately have been using the manual color temperature filter, set very very low, and then pushing towards green.
