That looks like the images are misaligned to me.
In contrast, Jack's images (above) are excellent.
Look at the two sets, I think that the problem is that there is not enough detail in your images for the camera to align them. Automatic image alignment generally works best if there are a lot of nice sharp and easily defined features in the image (like the trees or the furniture). Your image is mostly sky with little sharp contrast aside from the mountain edge.
The images I had trouble with were similar, with less detail for the image processor to lock on to than Jack's images.
I don't think that there is much you can do about this - aside from processing the images offline with a more powerful software set (and possibly manual positioning). Or use a tripod, (or use a camera with more dynamic range so that multiple exposures are not needed!).
Fundamentally, the 5DIII is not a point-and-shoot camera. It is not going to make your images magically better unless you understand how to use it in some detail (not that the manual is a great help here!).
