Slow-ish USB charging on RX100

On my XZ-1, I always use the USB cable to transfer images and charge the battery, so that part of the RX100 is nothing new to me. In the manual, it states that USB charging with the wall adapter is 2 to 3 times faster than when plugged into a PC. I'm here to tell you that's no joke.

I didn't think the RX100 charged all that fast with the wall charger to begin with (took a full 3 hours on the first charge), but with a PC it is VERY slow. As a comparison, after around 100 shots, the XZ-1 charges the battery in less than an hour. Same conditions, on the RX100 it has been sucking on the PC USB port for 3 hours and still the charge light is lit...

Guess I better invest in a second battery, and a separate charger, pretty soon.
